The Heritage Fare in Dundalk was a yearly traditional event for the Dundalk Jazz Enesmble for about 10 years(’83-’93).                                                                                                                                     

 This particular gig in ’92 is a very special one for me,because in addition to all the other great musicians who played on it, Vince Loving, an exceptional musician was also on the gig.

  Vince was not only a fine musician but also a gracious human being. It was an honor to have been able to play with him  a number of occasions.

  Getting back to this gig,well these guys were just killin’ on it, and when they broke into “I Remember April” at about 290, well I was just hanging on by a thread.
